Dresser Measurement’s isolation devices provide the necessary safety isolation between equipment generating pulses in a hazardous area and non-intrinsically safe equipment located in a safe area.
The Chatterbox-e+ consists of four independent circuits, one input can be connected to up to four isolated output circuits by using internal switches. The Chatterbox-e+ Isolation Unit is powered by standard size replaceable internal battery cells typically offering over 10 years of maintenance free service, so suitable for installation in remote, rugged environments where external power is unavailable.
Dresser Measurement’s Reed Low Frequency Pulse Transmitter is designed to be used in combination with the Roots® Rotary Displacement B4 Series Gas Meters and is suitable for connection to Electronic Volume Converters, such as the model 197 PTz +log, and pulse isolation devices such as the Dresser® Chatterbox-e+, model 103, along with other products approved for use in hazardous areas.
