The Kobus Pipe Puller utilizes specially engineered cables for each operation, ensuring maximum efficiency and reliability. The steel pulling cables are designed to provide an optimal pulling load-to-diameter ratio, a critical factor in achieving a successful and seamless pipe replacement.

8MM Pulling Cable

  • 8mm diameter pulling cable recommended for 1/2″ internal diameter pipe

  • Specially constructed cable with exceptional strength

  • Minimum Breaking Load 6.5t

  • Available in feet (or meter) length increments from 30ft (5m) to 50ft (15m)

  • Non-standard longer lengths available on request

10mm (3/8″ approx) Pulling Cable

  • 10mm (3/8″ approx) diameter pulling cable recommended for 3/4″ internal diameter pipe and larger
  • Specially constructed cable with exceptional strength
  • Minimum Breaking Load 23,000lb (10tn)
  • Available in feet (or meter) length increments from 30ft (5m) to 80ft (25m)

14mm (9/16″ approx) Pulling Cable

  • 14mm (9/16″ approx) pulling cable recommended for galvanized steel gas services.
  • Specially constructed cable with exceptional strength
  • Minimum Breaking Load (MBL) 46,200lb (20tn)
  • Available in feet (or meter) length increments from 30ft (5m) to 80ft (25m)*
