The KPP300 is a safe, fast, and cost-effective trenchless pipe replacement technique that is ideal for water communication and supply pipe replacement in the United Kingdom.

  • Hydraulic power pack enables controlled pulling, delivering 10tn (22,000lb) of pulling force at the spool

  • Compact foot section minimizes the size of excavations required

  • Dead man operating lever included on power pack for safety

     

Applications

  • Capable of extracting lead, copper, or poly pipes

  • Can pull up to 25m (80ft) in length

  • Replace existing pipe sizes from 1/2″ to 1″ (25mm) ID

  • Replace with new plastic pipe up to 32mm (1.25”) ID in a single pull

  • Ideal for road crossings, private side pipe replacements, and replacements with other utilities in close proximity

Its modular construction allows easy handling by just 2 operators and is ideal for extracting and replacing lead, copper, black poly, and plastic pipes where site access is difficult. The unit is powered by its own separate hydraulic power pack.
