Dresser Utility Solutions has been providing industry leading solutions for the verification and testing of rotary, turbine and diaphragm gas meters for over 40 years. In 2019 we introduced the Dresser Model 6 prover, continuing our tradition of innovative, customer-centered proving technology.

Model 6 Provers … Proven Time and Time Again

The Dresser Model 6 Transfer Prover is a portable, database-controlled system used for verification and testing of rotary, turbine and diaphragm meters. Featuring a simplified user interface and wireless communication, the Model 6 offers a streamlined solution for accuracy testing. The Dresser Model 6 Transfer Prover is available with 2M/10M master meters or 10M only master meter.

Model 5 5M/20M Power

The Dresser 5M/20M Model 5 Prover is a cart-mounted prover which gives you the increased capability to prove rotary, turbine and diaphragm meters up to 20,000 acfh, while occupying minimal floor space.

The prover system consists of one or two Master Meter(s) for flow measurement reference, a Controller, and a Windows®-based Computer Software Package for calculations and presentation of the flow, pressure and temperature data and test results. The prover has provisions to test Dresser Meters equipped with integral electronic correctors.

Model 5 Prover Innovations

Test air flow rate (up to 20,000 acfh) is automatically controlled by varying blower speed and automatic valve control.
