Join a global, innovation-driven organization shaping the future of utility market solutions across Europe and beyond. We are looking for a motivated and commercially minded Commercial Product Account Manager to support the growth and development of our Kobus product portfolio.

This is a highly collaborative international role where you will work closely with sales, engineering, operations, manufacturing, and customers to bring innovative solutions to market, strengthen partnerships, and support major infrastructure modernization projects. You will act as a key link between customers and internal teams while helping drive product success and market expansion.

The role is well suited for an experienced professional looking to take ownership of a global product portfolio, but also offers an exciting development opportunity for ambitious junior candidates with relevant industry knowledge who are eager to grow into an international commercial and product leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support commercialization and market expansion of our Kobus product portfolio across Europe.
  • Partner with sales teams, contractors, utilities, and distribution channels
  • Contribute to product development, customer training, and technical presentations
  • Help identify customer needs and market opportunities through Voice of Customer activities
  • Collaborate globally across engineering, operations, manufacturing, and marketing teams
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows

Position Requirements

  • Progressive experience in product management, account management, technical sales, or a related field within capital equipment sectors, especially in working with utility contractors, municipal utilities and related supply channels
  • Industry knowledge and hands-on experience preferred in sales, operation, or application of pipe pulling / utility piping equipment
  • Understanding service line replacement, gas and water network modernization projects directly with utility or contractors is an advantage
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced international environment
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities
  • Willingness to travel across Europe up to 50%
