What are the different spud to spud dimensions?
- The D1000 has an 11” spud to spud dimension.
- The D630 has an 8-1/4” spud to spud dimension.
Does the D630 cover the 425/400 class diaphragm meter?
Yes! The D630 has start rates and performance comparable to a 400 class diaphragm meter.
How do I test the meter?
D630, D800 and D1000 can be tested on various systems including SNAP, Model 5 and Model 6 provers.
How many leak tests can I do on each meter? Do I have to wait for 24 hours before performing another test?
There is no limit to the number of leak tests that can be done on each meter. The technician does not have to wait for 24 hours or any other specified amount of time before performing another leak test on the same meter.
Is there a way to check if my meter is spinning freely?
Yes! Each meter has a black and white dial attached to the impeller to check for free rotation.
What connections are available?
D630, D800 and D1000 meters are available in 30LT and 45LT connections.
