Girth Weld Sleeve Style 110 

The Dresser Style 110 girth weld sleeve reinforces and repairs defective or high stress welded pipeline joints.  Also used on welded joints for: 

• Pipelines at critical road, rail and river crossings 
• At overbends, or at tie-ins 
• In marshy ground, or other environmentally sensitive areas 
• Near buildings or other high consequence areas 

Precision forming with a hot form press minimizes tolerance variation and enhances large-scale production. Standard design includes: 

• ASTM A-572, GR 50 steel 
• 50 KSI SMYS with 0.45% maximum carbon equivalent 
• 4″ – 30″ size range, customization available 
• Factory prepared with standard welding bevel 
• Pre-drilled vent for pressure build-up mitigation 
• Complete raw material traceability
