DOT Manual 

Dresser Utility Solutions is committed to remain compliant in accordance with new regulations of the U.S. Department of Transportation, as listed in the DOT Organization Manual Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration, established in 2019. The DOT Manual was created to “document the general organization” of the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) within the DOT.
