Half Sole and Full Sole Reinforcing Sleeve 

The Dresser Style 115 half-sole and full sole weld over sleeve provides ASME B31.8 and ASME B31.4 conforming repairs for: 

  • Restoration of damaged or defective steel pipeline segments 
  • Reinforcement of corroded steel pipeline segments 

Precision forming with a plate roller which minimizes tolerance variation and enhances large-scale production. Standard design includes: 

  • ASTM A-572, GR 50 steel 
  • 50 KSI SMYS with 0.45% maximum carbon equivalent 
  • 4″ – 36″ size range 
  • Customized lengths up to 10 feet 
  • Available with backing strips 
  • Complete raw material traceability
