Primary Valves, Manifolds & Instrument Valves

Hex products are a means to simplifying the piping associated with gauge and differential pressure transmitter applications. We supply to professionals in the upstream, refining and petrochemical industries, including for a variety of automated process industries. From small, 1/4″ needle valves and patented stabilized instrument platforms for the natural gas industry, to high-temperature, primary valves and hydrocarbon sampling valves for refineries and power plants, as well as exotic gas distribution manifolds for our biopharma customers.

E Series Manifolds

Manifold valves used in Europe have traditionally been of a more efficient design and shape, minimizing space, weight and cost. Hex Valve’s offerings continue that excellent tradition with our E Series Manifolds.

Gauge Valves – HG Series

The HG48 gauge/block valve provides three outlet connections to facilitate the mounting of gauges and other static pressure instruments in a variety of positions. The design creates a compact installation with fewer leak points as compared to conventional mounting requirements due to the reduced number of threaded connections.

Integral Block and Bleed Valves – HB Series

Among the HB Series is the HB50, which features a fully packed and back seated block valve, along with a bleed valve with directional discharge tube and stem stop. With a gauge or transmitter threaded into its outlet, the HB50 will allow pressure to be bled and blocked for simplified instrument removal.

Manifold Valves 1500 PSI – HE Series

The HE30 three valve equalizing manifold is a compact and cost-effective alternative to the more costly five valve manifold.

Manifold Valves 3000 and 6000 PSI – HM Series

The HM37 Five Valve Manifold combines two isolation valves, two equalizing valves and a vent/calibration valve into a single, compact assembly. When expensive liquid or gas changes ownership, precise measurement in the hydrocarbon measurement world is critical, and this valve is the best option.

Monoflange Valves

Designed and manufactured by an oil and gas pioneer, Hex manufactures the most rugged and dependable monoflange design for the offshore/onshore gas and oil production industries today.

Rigid Mount Manifold Valves

Hex Rigid Mount Manifolds mount directly to the pipe stand, securing the impulse lines so the transmitter can be installed or removed independently from the piping.
