The Ultra-Sleeves\u00ae patented wide range design provides an in-service repair option without shutting down the line, while reducing the need for multiple sleeves per nominal diameter.\u00a0 Use of the Ultra-Sleeve allows a quick and easy repair using a unique two-piece end seal and top facing bolts and no end gland bolts to tighten it can be installed a quick 20-30 minutes.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

One\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/b>sleeve in sizes 2\u201d- 12\u201d\u00a0 can be used to repair leaking bell joints, collars or clamps on IPS, DIP, CIP, PVC, Asbestos Cement, and HDPE (SDR 17 and thicker) pipe diameters while providing up to 1.3\u201d of range and 4\u00b0 dynamic deflection per end. The Ultra-Sleeve is available in stock sizes from 2-12\u201d, and dedicated DIP and CIP ranges 16\u201d, 20\u201d, and 24\u201d.\u00a0 Fabrications are available in 30\u201d and 36\u201d and larger sizes.
